Acupuncture
Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture stimulates a therapeutic response through the insertion of fine needles at specific points on the body. This time-tested practice views the body as an interconnected system. Rather than simply masking symptoms, treatment is aimed at supporting internal balance, regulation, and the body's natural capacity for healing.
While acupuncture has been practiced for thousands of years, research continues to explore how it works and how it may support health and well-being. Treatment is individualized to the person and may be used to support a wide range of concerns, including pain, tension, stress, sleep, digestion, and overall well-being.
Initial Acupuncture Session
Your initial appointment includes a comprehensive consultation and acupuncture treatment, allowing time to understand your concerns, health history, and individual needs.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping may help ease deep-seated tension and support circulation. It can be booked as a standalone treatment or incorporated into an acupuncture treatment when appropriate.
Subsequent appointments build on your initial assessment and are tailored to how you are responding and what you need at that stage of treatment.
